Description
The bimetal bonding plate is made of a cast aluminum and bronze (copper alloy) to allow connections of copper conductor cables sizes standard through 2/0 to aluminum beam or other structural aluminum bodies requiring 8 sq. in. of bonding surface. The bimetal bonding plate is also available with a 4 1/2 sq. in. bonding plate for applications that require a minimum of 3 sq. in. of bonding surface. Both bimetal bonding plates use a mechanical clamp for conductors.
